ELECSIL PLATFORM / DATA INTEGRATION

From fabric
to biosignal acquisition.

The textile interface is shared. The electronics and software depend on the application.

SHARED MATERIALDATA SPECIFIC

SHARED / TEXTILE

Skin-contact electrodes

ElecSil is applied inside the garment, placing textile electrodes against the skin.

SHARED / CONNECTION

Conductive paths

Electrode zones and connecting tracks are considered together with the garment layout.

DATA / ELECTRONICS

Signal acquisition

Acquisition electronics read physiological signals through the textile electrodes.

DATA / SOFTWARE

ECG / EMG data

Collect biosignals for analysis in your application. This is the sensing path, rather than stimulation.

Application: ECG

Application: ECG ElecSil DATA can accurately measure the heart rate of a tiny mouse. It is comfortable to use as it does not require the skin to be wetted and can be used dry also, with the advantages of being ultra-thin, flexible, and elastic to work well on apparel.

Hand gesture with overlaid biometric graph – illustrating real-time health signal tracking through wearable sensors.

Application: EMG

Application: EMG EMG data collected through ElecSil DATA showed reduced noise, providing accurate EMG results, which were significantly better than disposable electrodes. Skin resistance data showed a low skin impedance of 5kΩ~ when at 100Hz and can be used as both mid-frequency and low-frequency.
