ree

Wave Company announced that it will participate in TaiSPO 2025, held from March 26 to March 29, 2025, at TaiNEX 2 in Taipei, Taiwan. TaiSPO, marking its 50th edition this year, is one of Asia’s top three sports exhibitions and a premier platform showcasing the latest trends, brands, and technologies in the sports and fitness industry. Through this exhibition, Wave Company aims to further strengthen its presence in the global sports and fitness market by highlighting its flagship brands, WaveWear and TracMe.

wavewear is a sportswear brand that integrates kinesiology taping technology, commonly used in rehabilitation and sports clinics, directly into compression apparel. This innovative design protects muscles and joints during exercise while enhancing performance, gaining strong popularity not only among professional athletes but also among fitness enthusiasts worldwide. Recently, wavewear has drawn significant attention in Europe and North America, and with the establishment of its UK branch in January 2025, Wave Company has officially accelerated its global expansion. By participating in world-class competitions such as HYROX, wavewear continues to validate its product performance and is expected to establish itself as a leading global performance activewear brand.

TracMe, developed in-house by Wave Company, is an AI-driven fitness coaching service powered by its proprietary soft strain sensor, TracSil. It enables precise joint-angle measurement and real-time motion monitoring, with applications ranging from rehabilitation and health management to fitness training. Having won the CES 2024 Innovation Award, TracMe has attracted global interest in both the sports and healthcare markets, and it will be featured as a key highlight at TaiSPO 2025.

Wave Company has a strong track record in sports tech innovation, having been named a Global Winner in the 2020 HYPE SPIN Accelerator Program. Recommended by ASPN (Asia Sports Tech Pioneer Network), the successor of HYPE SPIN, Wave Company was specially invited by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) to attend this year’s TaiSPO. This marks another significant step in Wave Company’s global sports tech expansion.

Domestically, Wave Company is the official Korean partner of leading volleyball brands MIKASA and D&M, further solidifying its influence in the sports industry. The company is also actively engaging with major buyers in the United States and Europe. Targeting the European market, Wave Company recently established wavewear UK and launched dedicated marketing campaigns focused on HYROX competitions.

Notably, during the recent HYROX event in Turin, Italy, Wave Company’s ambassador, Tommy, secured third place while wearing wavewear products, demonstrating the effectiveness of its sponsorship strategy.

Na-Yeon Cho, Co-CEO of Wave Company, stated:"With our participation in TaiSPO 2025, we aim to showcase how the fusion of sports and cutting-edge technology is shaping the rapidly growing wearable and smart fitness markets. Wave Company is committed to continuous innovation to lead the global market."

Wave Company’s participation in TaiSPO 2025 represents a pivotal step in its strategy for global market expansion and a key milestone in positioning itself at the forefront of the sports and fitness industry.
