Wave Company, a developer of smartwear-based fitness solutions, participated in “SPORTEC 2025 Tokyo,” held from July 30 to August 1 at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan.


As one of the largest exhibitions showcasing the latest trends in Japan’s sports industry, the event provided Wave Company with the opportunity to present its flagship product — the AI fitness analysis solution “TracMe” — through an interactive experience booth.


Local buyers, sports center managers, and medical industry professionals visited the booth to try on TracMe smartwear and experience its real-time posture analysis and AI coaching features. In particular, the system’s precise joint angle measurements and personalized feedback, powered by the company’s proprietary TracSil™ sensor technology, attracted significant attention.


During the exhibition, Wave Company held one-on-one meetings with various local companies, including Japanese fitness firms, rehabilitation medical device importers, and sports distribution agencies, gathering direct market feedback and actively exploring business opportunities. Some discussions progressed to concrete talks about test sales and distribution partnerships within Japan, with follow-up meetings planned to secure local sales channels.


A Wave Company spokesperson stated, “Participating in SPORTEC allowed us to directly gauge the Japanese market’s response and engage in meaningful exchanges with local businesses. We are committed to localizing our products to meet the needs of Japanese users and ensuring that these efforts translate into real distribution opportunities.”
